The Genomics & Bioinformatics Keylab supports research projects with dedicated analysis platforms and data analysis pipelines. Currently, high-resolution fragment analysis, next-generation sequencing, and single-cell manipulation instruments are available in the labs. Furthermore, dedicated servers provide bioinformatics pipelines for microbiome, differential gene expression, or fragment-/sequence-based genotyping analyses.
